Small Group Personal Training

Four or more people coached in an open gym format. Every member works from a tailored program and is able to ask for help as much or as little as you want from the coach on the floor, and is coached as necessary to adjust form or intensity.

Personal Training

We use this when establishing your needs, likes, and abilities; when you are recovering from a physical or emotional trauma and need additional support; and when you are new to training and want additional support to build your confidence.
